Students from Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine who wish to further their education and pursue doctoral studies in Germany are encouraged to apply. For Ukrainian, Belarusian, and Russian students, this scholarship consists of a one-time payment during the residence period or during the graduation phase. - Ukrainian and Russian applicants must be citizens of war-torn countries.
- A matriculation certificate or doctoral confirmation must be presented by students.
- Upon enrolling in a program or course at the University of Bremen, students must meet the language requirements.
