This is great news! Students from Ukraine, Belarus and Russia who wish to continue their education in Germany can benefit from educational aid offered by the German government.

Students from Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine who wish to further their education and pursue doctoral studies in Germany are encouraged to apply. For Ukrainian, Belarusian, and Russian students, this scholarship consists of a one-time payment during the residence period or during the graduation phase. Typically, the award will cover education costs

In Bremen, Germany, there is a public university called the University of Bremen. Bremen University ranks 525th in Best Global Universities. A European higher education area is being created as a result of the Bologna Declaration.

 

With its teaching and research, the university aims to solve societal problems in a concrete and sustainable manner. Additionally, it promotes student exchanges through international programs and partnerships throughout the world.

Doctoral degree

Scholarship Selection Criteria:

  • Ukrainian and Russian applicants must be citizens of war-torn countries.
  • A matriculation certificate or doctoral confirmation must be presented by students.
  • Upon enrolling in a program or course at the University of Bremen, students must meet the language requirements.

The application procedure is as follows:

Students can apply for admission online through the university’s application portal. Applicants will be considered automatically if they meet the eligibility requirements.

A scholarship will be offered to selected students for the University of Bremen’s postgraduate program.

  • Document proving Ukrainian citizenship (passport)
  • (passport) Proof of citizenship (Russian/Belarusian)
  • Application for enrolment
  • Applicants who do not hold a German university entry qualification (Bildungsausländer)
  • The residence status should be 16 or 18  AufenthG
  • An explanation of the financial emergency.
