Apeejay Moodle is an open source learning management system and is used by Apeejay Stya University E-Course to deliver blended and online courses to students. This page gives the instructions for using Moodle.

Apeejay Moodle Login at ecourse.asu.apeejay.edu

Accessing Apeejay Moodle Student Site is easy, but the access method might differ depending on the settings that are done by the Moodle administrator. Some of the staff do not allow guests and provide each student with a username and password.

Apeejay Moodle Login

All courses are now available online to students through the Apeejay virtual learning environment. To log in to Moodle, follow these steps:

1. Go to https://ecourse.asu.apeejay.edu
2. Click ‘Agree and sign on to Moodle’
3. Enter your Student User ID
4. Press ‘Next’
5. Enter your Password and click ‘Sign in’ or press Enter.

The dashboard contains links to all your Moodle courses, as well as access to all of the skills, badges, calendars, etc., that pertain to your learning. To log out, click on your name at the top right, then click Sign out.

Apeejay Moodle App

Students can also access Apeejay Moodle through the Moodle app, which is available for both Android and iOS. The application facilitates the submission of assignments, discussions, viewing of grades and course materials on their smartphones.

Installing the Moodle App

  • Open Google Play Store or App Store on your device.
  • Search for the Moodle app.
  • Select “Moodle Student” and click Install.

  • In case you have not registered, you may register your site for free on the Moodle Apps portal.
  • Now log in with your Apeejay username and password. The same credentials one uses for computer access.
  • If your school is not listed then please contact the Apeejay IT help desk.

Apeejay Moodle Course

Once you log in to the Apeejay Moodle, the following dashboard will represent courses you have under the “My courses” block, top right and in the Navigation tab.

Viewing Your Courses

  • Log in to Moodle.
  • Courses to which you have access are listed on your dashboard.
  • Click on the name of the course to see its home page.
  • If you cannot access your course then go to the Moodle dashboard to use the personalisation facilities or click the “Site home” link in the navigation block to search for your course.

Apeejay Exam Portal

Apeejay publishes all examination results online via the Exam result portal, except where the school or department have otherwise advised.

Accessing Exam Results

  1. Log in to the Apeejay results portal.
  2. Choose the year of study from the drop-down menu.
  3. Please enter your Student ID number to show your results.
  4. In case of failure in any examination or retake examination, you will not be promoted in your programme and the incomplete module examinations are to be retaken in the next academic year.

    Apeejay Stya University E-Course shall send all official mail regarding the examination time table and the results to your student email.

    Login to Apeejay Email

  • Log on to the student portal or to the email page from the Apeejay Official Website .
  • Click “My email”
  • Now, use your Student ID number and current network password.

Apeejay Library Login

Students can renew borrowed books, check collected books, or check the status of reservations online.

Logging into the Library

  • Log in using your username and password.
  • Alternatively, log in using your ID card number and library PIN.
