MIPLC/DAAD Scholarship 2023/2024 | Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the MIPLC/DAAD Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Citizenship and Residency:
- Must be a citizen of a developing country as per the OECD DAC List.
- Must not have been living outside their home country (or another developing country) for more than the past two years.
- Educational Qualifications:
- Must possess at least a four-year Bachelor’s degree, or a three-year Bachelor’s degree followed by an additional degree.
- The degree must have been completed with above-average results.
- Recency of Last Degree:
- The last degree must have been obtained no more than six years before the application date.
- Professional Experience:
- Must have at least two years of full-time professional experience.
- This experience should be in a public authority, state, or private company in a developing country.
