MIPLC/DAAD Scholarship 2023/2024  | Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the MIPLC/DAAD Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

    • Must be a citizen of a developing country as per the OECD DAC List.
    • Must not have been living outside their home country (or another developing country) for more than the past two years.
  2. Educational Qualifications:
    • Must possess at least a four-year Bachelor’s degree, or a three-year Bachelor’s degree followed by an additional degree.
    • The degree must have been completed with above-average results.
  3. Recency of Last Degree:
    • The last degree must have been obtained no more than six years before the application date.
  4. Professional Experience:
    • Must have at least two years of full-time professional experience.
    • This experience should be in a public authority, state, or private company in a developing country.
