Conditional Acceptance: After the evaluation process, a preliminary acceptance letter, based on certain conditions, would be issued to the meritorious nominated students for availing of the Scholarship. The university will apply for visas after receiving the required documents, and the students will subsequently be informed. Finally, the decisions on admission and scholarships will be sent to the students via e-mail according to the announced timeline.

Exclusiveness of Scholarship- A student shall not be awarded both Qatar University International Students Scholarship and any other scholarship or sponsorship simultaneously, so as to make things more transparent and scholarships to be distributed fairly.

Continuation Requirements and Conditions:
