The Emile Boutmy Scholarship 2024/25 | Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the Emile Boutmy Scholarship, applicants are to meet the following conditions:

• It is only open to first-time candidates from a non-European Union country whose household does not file taxes within the European Union.
• Admission to one of Sciences Po’s eligible undergraduate or master’s degree courses.
• Candidates must demonstrate exceptional academic records backed by evidence of leadership potential
