University of Nottingham Developing Solutions Masters Scholarship for African Students
The University of Nottingham Developing Solutions Masters Scholarship looks out for international students who desire to make contributions toward developing key economic, environmental, structural, social, or political structures in their home countries.
Eligibility Criteria
In applying for the Developing Solutions Masters Scholarship, you must be able to fulfill the following criteria:
- Domicile: Applicants must be domiciled in Africa, India, or one of the selected Commonwealth countries listed below.
- Fee Status: Applicants must be classified as overseas students for fee purposes.
- Admission Offer: Applicants must hold an offer to start a full-time master’s program, including MRes, for the 2024/2025 academic year at the University of Nottingham, UK.
- Eligible Faculties: Applicants must be planning to study in one of the following faculties:
- Faculty of Engineering
- Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences
- Faculty of Science
- Faculty of Social Sciences

Africa (all nations), Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Bangladesh, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Brunei, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Falkland Islands, Fiji, Gibraltar, Grenada, Guyana, India, Jamaica, Kiribati, Malaysia, Maldives, Montserrat, Nauru, Nepal, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Pitcairn Islands, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, St Helena, St Kitts and Nevis, St Lucia, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Tristan da Cunha, Turks and Caicos Islands, Tuvalu, Vanuatu.
