The AUKDC student portal is an online gateway to Anna University Knowledge Data Centre students to get access to any vital program information.

All the information will be available in one portal related to courses, transcripts, email programs, timetables, and exam schedules, contacts of various departments, and other academic materials.

AUKDC Student Portal Login at www.aukdc.edu.in

Students can log into the AUKDC portal using their username and password to access online course materials available on the school’s website. One can login either on a computer or smartphone, which may sometimes turn out frustrating the first time it is done.

How to Log Into AUKDC Portal

To access a student account:

  1. Open your web browser and go to https://www.aukdc.edu.in.
  2. Go to the student portal login page.
  3. Enter your student number and password then submit.
  4. If you cannot access the portal due to incorrect information, Click on the “Forgot Password” link and follow on–screen instructions.

AUKDC Student Registration

Registration online at AUKDC is quick and lets you know if you have missed some important information or typed it in incorrectly:

  • Go to AUKDC registration website
  • Select the qualification level then click on “Continue”
  • Enter your student number and other requested information.
  • View and Edit your Personal Information
  • Choose your courses from the drop-down list. Ensure you meet all the qualification criteria
  • AUKDC will remove modules based upon credit limits per semester and fees paid. Your username and password will be mailed to you upon your first registration

AUKDC Application Portal

At the AUKDC application portal, the applications are checked for their academic admission requirements based on the final marks obtained for major subjects at the undergraduate level:

  • Make an online application on the AUKDC application portal. Attach all the necessary documents.
  • Your Application will be assessed and evaluated.
  • After evaluation, you will be notified of the result and for which qualification/s, you have been accepted.

AUKDC Application Requirements

The following documents are required, but note that additional documents might be needed:

  • Certified copies of high school qualifications
  • Tertiary Academic Records(official, Internet copies not accepted)
  • Certified ID document or Passport (international students)
  • Marriage Certificate or Divorce Decree (where applicable).
  • Sworn translations of documents not in English
  • Feedback on applications is provided when it is processed; it is time-consuming due to numerous applications.

AUKDC Portal for Staff

The staff login management system module facilitates faculty members by allowing them personal access to online services through a Single Sign-On service.

AUKDC Staff Login

To access your staff account:

  • Head to the Portal.
  • Enter your school email address and your network password.
  • Click Login to be taken to your dashboard.
  • On the Staff Dashboard, there are sections for staff, student, and research dashboards, a Newsroom tab with the latest news, and a Toolbar that houses the bookmarks, navigation, and a search field for resources.

AUKDC Email Login

To log in to your email:

1. Log in to the AUKDC student portal.
2. Click on Email and log in with your credentials.
3. Click on “My email”.
4. Enter your Student ID number and your current network password.
