This prestigious program aims to nurture and develop future leaders from the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region by providing them with opportunities for advanced education and leadership training.

The Tomorrow’s Leaders Graduate (TLG) Students program equips academically qualified and economically deserving students with the professional qualifications and experience necessary to advance knowledge and contribute to the achievement of socially relevant outcomes.

Through organized graduate study and research, the program aims to further the professionalization of emerging leaders and propose local solutions to shared problems in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the Tomorrow’s Leaders Graduate (TLG) Students program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • The Applicants who are eligible to join should be nationals/citizens of Algeria, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Libya, Tunisia, Yemen, Syria, Bahrain, the West Bank, and Gaza.
  • Applicants must Meet AUC graduate admission requirements
  • Applicants must have a Strong academic potential with a bachelor’s degree of a minimum overall grade point average (GPA) of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale, or equivalent
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Financial need.

The Tomorrow’s Leaders Graduate (TLG) Students program provides comprehensive support to its participants, covering a wide range of expenses and offering numerous opportunities for professional development. The benefits of the program include:

  • Full Tuition Fees: Coverage for the fall and spring semesters.
  • Medical Insurance: Health coverage for the duration of the program.
  • Monthly Stipend: Financial support to cover living expenses.
  • Student Housing: Accommodation provided on campus.
  • Laptop: Provision of a laptop for use during the program.
  • Internship/Practicum Opportunity: Includes coverage of local transportation costs if needed.
  • Conference Attendance: Opportunity to attend one conference to present research findings, applied to and awarded competitively according to the guidelines for Graduate Student Support Grants.
  • Annual Round-Trip Air Tickets: Two annual round-trip economy air tickets from home to campus; alternatively, housing and living stipend to continue approved program activities on campus during breaks for students unable to return home due to circumstances outside of their control.
  • Book Allowance: Financial support for purchasing books.
